1. The Promoter
The prize draw promoter is Caledonian Sleeper Limited a company incorporated and registered in Scotland with company number SC328825 whose registered office is Basement And Ground Floor Premises, 1-5 Union Street, Inverness, Scotland, IV1 1PP (“Caledonian Sleeper”)
2. The Prize Draw
2.1. The title of the prize draw is “Win a Scottish highlands and islands trip with Caledonian sleeper”
2.2. Entry into the prize draw can be completed through the prize draw form at https://www.sleeper.scot/win-a-scottish-highlands-and-islands-trip-with-caledonian-sleeper/
2.3. The Prize includes:
• A return journey for two people between London and Inverness on the Caledonian Sleeper in a Club En-suite or Accessible Twin Room, with dinner and a drink one way and breakfast on both journeys.
• Ferry crossings for two people to Skye in the Outer Hebrides . Sailings are subject to availability at time of booking. For accessible needs please refer to Caledonian MacBrayne passenger assistance policy.
• Camper van hire from Highland Auto Campers Ltd in Inverness - with drop off and pick up in Inverness subject to availability at time of booking
• Please note that all expenses or costs of any nature whatsoever associated with accepting the prize, whether foreseeable or otherwise, are excluded from the prize and shall be the sole responsibility of the winner, including, without limitation, all other costs and bookings such as campsite fees.
3. How to enter
3.1. The prize draw will run from 00.01am GMT on 23 February 2026 to 23.59pm GMT on 8 March 2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
3.2. All prize draw entries must be received by Caledonian Sleeper by no later than 23.59pm GMT on the Closing Date. All prize draw entries received after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified.
3.3. To enter the prize draw, fill out the form, providing your Full Name, email address and postcode at https://www.sleeper.scot/win-a-scottish-highlands-and-islands-trip-with-caledonian-sleeper/
3.4. There is no entry fee for entering the prize draw.
3.5. Caledonian Sleeper will not accept responsibility for prize draw entries that it does not receive.

3.7. The winner of the prize draw will be selected at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Caledonian Sleeper. The decision of Caledonian Sleeper regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.
4. Eligibility
4.1. The prize draw is open to everyone aged 25 years or over and who has held a valid driving licence for more than two years , except:
4.1.1. Employees of Caledonian Sleeper, Caledonian MacBrayne Limited or Highland Auto Campers Ltd
4.1.2. Employees of agents or suppliers of Caledonian Sleeper, Caledonian MacBrayne Limited or Highland Auto Campers Ltd professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or
4.1.3. Members of the immediate families or households of (4.1.1) and (4.1.2) above.
4.2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Caledonian Sleeper may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.
4.3. There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
4.4. Caledonian Sleeper reserves the right to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.
4.5. Blackout dates for travel on Caledonian Sleeper, Caledonian MacBrayne and Camper Van Hire from Highland Auto Campers Ltd include: 2 – 19 April 2026, 26 June – 30 August 2026 and 12 – 31 October 2026 this is subject to availability.
4.6. The Winner must provide a minimum of 14 days advance notice for any bookings. Return travel must take place on or before 1 December 2026.
4.6 The Prize draw winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 72 hours of being notified they are the winner of the prize draw.
4.7 In the event that prize draw winners fail to acknowledge they are the prize winner within 72 hours. Caledonian Sleeper reserves the right to select an alternate winner at random.
5. Winner(s)
5.1. The decision of Caledonian Sleeper is final.
5.2. Caledonian Sleeper will contact the winner(s) of the prize, by 17:00 GMT on 11 March 2026 using the email address provided with the prize draw entry.
5.3. Caledonian Sleeper is obliged to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, if requested by email received into media@caledoniansleeper.scot, Caledonian Sleeper will make available the winner’s name. If you object to your name being published or made available, please contact Caledonian Sleeper at media@caledoniansleeper.scot. In such circumstances, Caledonian Sleeper must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority, upon request.
5.4. The prize draw winner’s name will be available 28 days after the Closing Date by emailing media@caledoniansleeper.scot
6. Prize
6.1. Caledonian Sleeper will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner(s). If a selected winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 72 hours, Caledonian Sleeper reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the entries that were received before the Closing Date.
6.2. Complimentary Travel
6.2.1 The prize for travel on the Caledonian Sleeper service:
(a) is provided by Caledonian Sleeper Limited, 1-5 Union Street, Inverness, IV1 1PP;(b) is subject to availability;
(b) must be booked no later than 1 September 2026 and for return travel to take place on or before 1 December 2026
(c). Caledonian Sleeper does not accept any responsibility, and will not provide any cash or other alternative, if you are not able to book or use or take up the Prize;
(d) is subject to the Caledonian Sleeper Limited terms and conditions, Passenger Charter and the National Rail Conditions of Carriage (together the “Guest Terms”), which can be found on our website;
(e) is not transferrable to anyone other than the prize winner, and cannot be used on rail services provided by other train operators; and
6.3. The other Prizes are supplied by:

6.4 Caledonian Sleeper reserves the right to replace any of the Prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Caledonian Sleeper’s control make it necessary to do so.
6.5. The Prizes are not negotiable or transferable and there is no cash alternative available.
6.6. Caledonian Sleeper does not accept any responsibility for inaccurate prize details being supplied by the Supplier or any other third party connected with the prize draw.
6.7. All expenses or costs of any nature whatsoever associated with accepting the prize, whether foreseeable or otherwise, are excluded from the prize and shall be the sole responsibility of the winner, including, without limitation, all other costs and bookings such as campsite fees.
7. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
7.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, Caledonian Sleeper will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner(s) or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by a negligent act or omission of Caledonian Sleeper.
7.2. Caledonian Sleeper shall not be in breach of these terms and conditions nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake (or other natural disaster), epidemic or pandemic, fire, strike or any law or action taken by a government of public authority.

If you opt in for Caledonian Sleeper, Caledonian MacBrayne Limited and Highland Auto Campers Ltd to share your personal data then we will share your personal data with them, and they will be responsible for processing your personal data (including any relevant processing of your personal data by their sub-processors). 9. General
9.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Caledonian Sleeper may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
9.2. Caledonian Sleeper reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
9.3. The prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other social network. You are providing your information to Caledonian Sleeper and if selected, a partner organisation.
9.4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
