Wine Selection

Spanish Viura (187ml)                    
La Mancha is a land of endless vistas, sun-baked and vast; the stomping ground of Don Quixote and a host of lesser-known characters in history, legend and fiction. It is also the home of a modern-day winemaking revolution, which this bright, fruitful, vibrant white blend ably shows. Chill down and enjoy!

Le Zeitgeist Sauvignon Blanc (185ml)
A zesty, herbaceous, modern Sauvignon Blanc that hails from the wonderful vineyards of southwest France. It is exceptionally fresh with a long, lively finish that is crisp and perfectly balanced.

Spanish Tempranillo (187ml)
The south of central Spain must be up there with the very best value red wine you can find. Long sunshine days in the growing season bring Tempranillo to its delicious best. Sweet strawberry with soft plum and a hint of chocolate.

Hielo Fuego Merlot (185ml)
This is an elegant ruby red wine, with a fine, fruity nose, with classic varietal notes of black cherries and plums. It is plump and rounded in the mouth, with medium body, lovely softness balanced by ripe persistent tannins.

Jose Rose (187ml)
A delightfully whimsical rosé which is perfect for cracking open with good company and nibbles. This wine oozes Spanish sunshine from every sip, without being overly sweet. La Mancha is were  the wonderful Garnacha grapes are grown and its where clever José has made his home.

Chateau Bordeaux (375ml)
Deep ruby in colour, the wine develops a beautiful complexity on the nose revealing aromas of black cherry and blackcurrant with a toasted background and accents of blond tobacco. Supple on the attack, full of charm, the mouth is carried by fine tannins which bring a nice harmony.

Ladera Verde Merlot (375ml)
This is a lovely plummy Merlot with a ripeness and generosity that is so typical of Chilean reds. Soft in texture and very drinkable, it is full of pure black fruit flavours with hints of spice and bitter chocolate.

Famille Perrin Cote du Rhone (375ml)
A perfectly balanced white full of orchard fruit flavours. A must try for the inquisitive. Rich enough to work wonders with aromatic Mediterranean dishes.

Ventopuro Reserva Range Sauvignon Blanc ( 375ml)
A lifted nose that leads with zesty citrus fruits before richer tropical characters join in. The palate is bright, crunchy and mouthwatering, with Sauvignon’s signature sign off notes of gooseberry and cut grass on lively but balanced finish.

Billy Bosch Highwire Shiraz (750ml)
A potent Swartland Shiraz from venerable old vines, packed with swathes of dark fruit. A heady Shiraz 
with fresh, juicy black fruit - balanced by tannic structure. Fantastic with flavoursome fare.

MLBC Malbec (750ml)
There are few more dramatic vineyard sites than those of Mendoza, where near perfect viticultural conditions lead to showstopping wines that display concentrated fruit along with exceptional elegance and freshness. This is a beautifully crafted, richly fruited Malbec from superstar winemaker Stephen Huse.

Three Gables Reserve (750ml)
From the Western Cape comes a light, bright style that simply buzzes with zesty, fresh fruit. In the Cape, good Chenin is deployed at the braai with the starters as a prelude to the meat main event.

Champagne

Gaston Declos Brut 70cl
Wonderfully elegant Champagne, it's rich in fruity flavours with the classic biscuit characteristics. You'll find fresh floral notes on the nose and a crisp citrus freshness on the palate. Perfect for those celebratory moments.

Prosecco

Ca Belli Prosecco

An elegant Prosecco, the pure expression of Italian bubbles. Straw yellow in colour with a persistent pelage which anticipate the aromas and pleasant taste profile with notes of white fruit.       

Whisky Selection

Arran 10 year old 40% ABV
A clean, crisp whisky that evokes images of the westerly isle it hails from. Sea air wisps across the nose before the dram itself reveals a fruity, spicy flavour; with the short, clean finish rounding off the satisfying flavour profile.

Glengoyne 12 year old 43% ABV
Hand-selected sherry casks help create a paradise of flavours and golden colour, the perfect balance of oak  and sweetness. Lemon zest, toffee apples – and a scent of coconut. It’s the taste of Scotland’s slowest distillation, and the insistence on barley dried by air – never peat. A Highland Distillery on Glasgow’s doorstep – distilled slower than any other malt.

Tomatin 12 year old 40% ABV
With a hint of Oloroso sherry, this Speyside malt is more floral on the nose with a delicate, peaty background.  Big on pepper, figs and nuts on the palette, the balanced finish will deliver a gentle reminder of its short spell in a sherry cask.

Bunnahabhain 12 year old 46.3% ABV
First launched in 1979, this Islay malt has been around for almost 40 years, pronounced bu-na-ha-venn and  meaning ‘mouth of the river’ in Gaelic. Double matured in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, this whisky is  beautifully rich and full-bodied, achieving the perfect balance of the characteristic nutty and sherry flavours of Bunnahabhain

Isle of Jura 10 year old 40% ABV
Honeyed barley and peaches in syrup, with light wafts of fragrant wood smoke. On the palate it is oily and  subtly spiced at first, before notes of earthy vanilla pod and chocolate covered raisins develop finishing with another touch of smoke to round things off.

Glen Garioch 12 year old 40% ABV
Honey-golden in colour, this Highland malt brings plenty of creamy flavour and texture, with strong hints of toffee apples on a crisp day. Dry and refreshing, it’s a great introduction to the region.

Gin Selection

Edinburgh Gin 5cl
This delicious gin is distilled in Edinburgh and is flavoured with lovely botanicals including milk thistle and heather. A very creamy little gin.

Edinburgh Rhubarb & Ginger Gin 5cl
Light and fruity rhubarb and warming ginger spice, underpinned by classic juniper notes.

Glaswegian 5cl    
Its eight botanicals include Scottish milk thistle, coriander, orange flower, Italian juniper, angelica, chamomile, bay leaf and pink peppercorns

Perth Original Gin 5cl
The combination of sun-ripened juniper and coriander is followed by a burst of citrus with lemon and lime, and spicy and aromatic star anise and cardamon, topped with elements of fennel and ginger. Warm & Mysterious!

Perth Pink Gin 5cl
Very fresh with a hint of raspberry surprisingly! The beautiful smooth finish is tempting on its own poured over ice or for a longer lasting moment.
