WINE SELECTION
Spanish Viura, White Rioja (187ml)
£6
La Mancha is a land of endless vistas, sun-baked and vast; the stomping ground of Don Quixote and a host of lesser-known characters in history, legend and fiction. It is also the home of a modern-day winemaking revolution, which this bright, fruitful, vibrant white blend ably shows. Chill down and enjoy!
Spanish Tempranillo (187ml)
£6
The south of central Spain must be up there with the very best value red wine you can find. Long sunshine days in the growing season bring Tempranillo to its delicious best. Sweet strawberry with soft plum and a hint of chocolate.
Spanish Jose Rose (187ml)
£6
A delightfully whimsical rosé which is perfect for cracking open with good company and nibbles. This wine oozes Spanish sunshine from every sip, without being overly sweet. La Mancha is where the wonderful Garnacha grapes are grown and its where clever José has made his home.

PROSECCO
Cope Hill 20cl
£7
Fresh and Aromatic notes typical for the grape variety, rich in fruity perfumes, with hints of Green-Apple, Williams Peer and citrus blending into floral notes. In the mouth the wine is full, aromatic and velvety. A good balance, thanks to the good acidity.
THE ESSENCE OF SCOTLAND
In Latin, it is referred to as Aqua Vitae, whilst the Gaels call it Uisge Beatha. Some even call it Scotch.
Wherever you are in the world though, the sheer quality of Scottish malt whisky is unmistakable – with expressions as unique as the landscape surrounding each distillery.
From the peaty notes of the Islays and Juras to the sweeter flavours of the Speysides – and everything in between – there is a whisky for every taste.
We have selected some of the finest malts to help you sample the true essence of Scotland whilst it gently drifts by your window.
Malt Whisky Selection
Arran 10 year old 40% ABV 5cl
£11
A clean, crisp whisky that evokes images of the westerly isle it hails from. Sea air wisps across the nose before the dram itself reveals a fruity, spicy flavour; with the short, clean finish rounding off the satisfying flavour profile.
Tomatin 12 year old 40% ABV 5cl
£12
With a hint of Oloroso sherry, this Speyside malt is more floral on the nose with a delicate, peaty background. Big on pepper, figs and nuts on the palette, the balanced finish will deliver a gentle reminder of its short spell in a sherry cask.
Bunnahabhain 12 year old 46.3% ABV 5cl
£12
First launched in 1979, this Islay malt has been around for almost 40 years, pronounced bu-na-ha-venn and meaning ‘mouth of the river’ in Gaelic. Double matured in ex bourbon and ex sherry casks, this whisky is beautifully rich and full-bodied, achieving the perfect balance of the characteristic nutty and sherry flavours of Bunnahabhain.

Gin Selection
Edinburgh Gin 5cl
£11
This delicious gin is distilled in Edinburgh and is flavoured with lovely botanicals including milk thistle and heather. A very creamy little gin.
Perth Gin Original 5cl
£12
The combination of sun-ripened juniper and coriander is followed by a burst of citrus with lemon and lime, and spicy and aromatic star anise and cardamon, topped with elements of fennel and ginger. Warm & Mysterious!
Perth Pink Gin 5cl
£12
Very fresh with a hint of raspberry surprisingly! …the beautiful smooth finish is tempting on its own poured over ice or for a longer lasting moment.
