Going Green Media Terms and Conditions |

1.     The promotion:

a.      is being operated by Caledonian Sleeper Limited (Company Number SC328825, and having its registered office at Basement And Ground Floor Premises, 1-5 Union Street, Inverness, Scotland, IV1 1PP and Benjamin Brown and Ciara Doyle of Going Green Media.

b.     is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, and is not open to employees and the immediate families of Caledonian Sleeper or the Content Creators, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2.     The promotion is a prize draw, for entrants to win complimentary travel in a Club En-Suite Room, for up to 2 people, on a Return Caledonian Sleeper journey between any two destinations (“Prize”).

3.     No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

4.     To enter the prize draw entrants must like the Instagram video from @goinggreenmedia in collaboration with @caledoniansleeper. For additional entries, entrants can leave a comment stating who they would like to travel with and follow both @goinggreenmedia and @caledoniansleeper.

5.     Only 1 Prize is available. The draw will be conducted on 14^th December 2024 where 1 entrant will be chosen by the Content Creators at random to win the Prize (Prize Winner).

6.     The Prize Winner will be contacted by the Content Creators by Instagram Direct Message and will be provided with a letter with a Booking Code, and detailing on how they can book their complimentary travel with the Caledonian Sleeper.

7.     The Content Creators will share with Caledonian Sleeper the name of the Prize Winner, in order that Caledonian Sleeper can honour the Prize. No other personal data will be shared between the Content Creators and Caledonian Sleeper, and save for data that Caledonian Sleeper collects for itself as part of the booking process, the name of the Prize Winner shall not be retained by Caledonian Sleeper. Data that Caledonian Sleeper collects for its booking purposes, will be processed in accordance with Caledonian Sleeper’s privacy notice available at www.sleeper.scot

8. Complimentary tickets will only be valid on Caledonian Sleeper services and will not be accepted by other train operators. For details of the Caledonian Sleeper network, please see our route map.

9.     The Booking Code is valid for travel from and up to 20^th June 2025.

10.  The Booking Code is unique and shall only be issued once. Caledonian Sleeper will not take any responsibility for lost Booking Codes.

11.  Booking Codes are valid for, and will only be issued to, the Prize Winner. The booking code can only be used once.

12.  Defaced or altered tickets or passes will become void and the holder will be refused admission.

13.  The Prize for complimentary travel, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or reduction.  

14. Complimentary travel is subject to availability, and at Caledonian Sleeper’s discretion. If there are no tickets available for the Prize Winner’s selected journey, they will be able to select a different time or an alternative date. A break of journey is not permitted.
15. Bookings must be made no later than 7^th March 2025 for travel on or before the 20^th June 2025 and cannot be amended or transferred. Exclusion dates apply: 12^th – 23^rd February 2025 and 7^th and 21^st April 2025.

16.  Complimentary tickets will only be valid for the date and time printed on the ticket, which must be presented to the host upon boarding the train.

17. Complimentary tickets and booking codes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or upgraded for any other merchandise or tickets.
18. Complimentary tickets and booking codes have no monetary value and are not for resale or exchangeable for a cash alternative.
19. By accepting the Booking Code, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  Caledonian Sleeper reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. You shall be subject to the terms in force at the time that the booking code is used.

20.  To the extent permitted by applicable law, Caledonian Sleeper accepts no liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising under these terms and conditions or suffered as a result of using the booking code or complimentary tickets, whether arising in tort, contract or otherwise. 

21.  Caledonian Sleeper reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the service in circumstances beyond its reasonable control without any obligation to make any refunds or exchange tickets.

22.  Should your service be cancelled or delayed, Caledonian Sleeper shall not be liable for any accommodation, travel or other costs incurred by you.

23. The National Rail Conditions of Travel apply to travel on all Caledonian Sleeper trains.

24.  The Caledonian Sleeper Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Guest Charter applies to bookings of complimentary tickets on Caledonian Sleeper trains.

25.  These terms and conditions are governed by English Law.

26.  Caledonian Sleepers shall Process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation, for the booking of complimentary travel for the purposes stipulated in the Privacy Policy.
