We’re committed to serving delicious food, using fresh produce with traceable provenance. And we’ve made it our mission to take our guests on a culinary tour of Scotland, from classic dishes to contemporary delights.
Breakfast
As an overnight service, we are on hand to start your day off right with breakfast. Our Caledonian Double and Club room guests can expect a range of options included in their booking, from a bacon roll to our full Highland Breakfast. Our Classic room guests can purchase breakfast, with options including Scottish Porridge, bacon rolls or yoghurt bowls.
You don’t even have to be in the Club Car to enjoy our food and drink offering. We offer room service if you’d prefer, and we also offer a range of quality options to guests in our Seated Car.

Our seasonal menus are constantly evolving. And whether it is a classic plate of haggis, neeps and tatties, a Scottish cheeseboard or a lighter snack, there is something to suit all appetites. We have an extensive drinks menu too, including a wide range of craft gins, whiskies, wines and beers. Of course, if you’d prefer something softer then you’ll also be well catered for.
