Important Travel Update – Friday 3 October
Aberdeen, Inverness & Fort William to London
London to Aberdeen, Inverness & Fort William
We regret to inform you that all Caledonian Sleeper services to and from Aberdeen, Inverness, Fort William and London Euston on Friday 3 October have been cancelled.
The Met Office has issued Yellow and Amber weather warnings across much of Scotland with the arrival of Storm Amy, and the advice is not to travel. For safety reasons, large sections of the railway in the Highlands will be closed from 1800, meaning we are unable to operate services. We are unable to offer any alternatives, as you will not be able to reach your destination.
As a result:
- All tickets for these services will be cancelled.
- Full refunds will be issued.
- If you booked directly with us, your refund will be returned automatically to the card used for payment.
- If you booked through another retailer, please contact them directly to arrange your refund.
If you have any questions, or if this disruption causes you difficulties, our team is here to help via Live Chat at www.sleeper.scot.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
