Ticket to a magical journey
Buy your train ticket with Caledonian Sleeper today. Whether it’s a cosy Comfort Seats or one of our en-suite Caledonian Doubles, we have choices to suit every budget. And to make life a little easier, we also offer special Flexipass and Family tickets available to buy online.
Flexipass is a collection of 10 single sleeper tickets that can be used for any journey on Caledonian Sleeper.
Flexipass tickets are valid for travel in a Classic Solo Room to any of our stations – journey to (or from) Glasgow one month, Edinburgh the next, Inverness the next, and so on. It’s up to you.
You’ll need to use one ticket per person in each direction of travel, so the Flexipass carnet gives up to five return trips for one person.
The flexibility doesn’t end there though – you can allocate your tickets to a friend, or travel as a group. So five people could use a Flexipass carnet to travel from London to Fort William, and then travel back.
They’re also valid for 12 months from the start date, which can be up to a month ahead – so you don’t have to use them all in a rush. If you don’t use them all in the 12 months, with the purchase of a new Flexipass, the expiry date of up to five unused tickets will be extended to the expiry of the new tickets.
In order to purchase Flexipass you must register for an online account and all bookings and cancellations are managed through your own dedicated online account.
Any cancellation of reservation must be requested midday two days before you arrive in your destination. If the request is made after that point the journey will be forfeited.
Booking and refunding rules:
Flexipass can be bought up to one month in advance of start date.
Valid for 12 months from start date
All purchases, reservations and amendments must be carried out through My Account and cannot be processed through Caledonian Sleeper Guest Services or any other ticket sellers.
Fulfilment is by self-print ticket only. This can be printed before travel or shown to our On Board Hosts on your mobile device
If a booking/reservation is not cancelled or amended by at least midday the day before travel, but the journey is not undertaken, no refund will be available in respect of the unused ticket and a journey will be forfeited.
All unused Flexipass tickets are non-refundable.
If you have unused Flexipass tickets at the end of the 12 months, with the purchase of a new Online Flexipass the expiry date of up to five unused tickets will be extended to the expiry date of the new tickets. To qualify for this extention, you must purchase a new Flexipass before your current Flexipass expires.
No break of journey is allowed.
There are no railcard discounts or child discounts available with Flexipass.
All Flexipass tickets are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions.
Caledonian Sleeper My Account registration is required.
For our standard Flexipass (not Online), the Terms and Conditions above remain valid except
All amendments and reservations must be requested directly through our Guest Service Centre.
Fulfilment is by ticket which must be presented for travel.
