Ticket to a magical journey
Buy your train ticket with Caledonian Sleeper today. Whether it’s a cosy Comfort Seats or one of our en-suite Caledonian Doubles, we have choices to suit every budget. And to make life a little easier, we also offer special Flexipass and Family tickets available to buy online.
Flexipass is a collection of 10 single sleeper tickets that can be used for any journey on Caledonian Sleeper.
Flexipass tickets are valid for travel on Caledonian Sleeper to any of our stations – journey to (or from) Glasgow one month, Edinburgh the next, Inverness the next, and so on. It’s up to you.
The flexibility doesn’t end there though – you can allocate your tickets to a friend, or travel as a group. So, five people could use a Flexipass carnet to travel from London to Fort William, and then travel back.
They’re also valid for 12 months from the start date – so you don’t have to use them all in a rush. If you don’t use them all in the 12 months, with the purchase of a new Flexipass, the expiry date of up to five unused tickets will be extended to the expiry of the new tickets.
In order to purchase Flexipass you must register for an online account and all bookings and cancellations are managed through your own dedicated online account.
Any cancellation of reservation must be requested midday two days before you arrive in your destination. If the request is made after that point the journey will be forfeited.
Further information for current Classic Flexipass holders:
Can I still use my Classic Flexipass?
Of course! As this is a Classic product, station lounge access and complimentary breakfast is not included.
What is included in the Classic Flexipass?
You can wake up to a lovely cup of tea or coffee as well as a delicious snack. We also provide a Sleep Kit to all of our Classic Guests, containing an eye mask and ear plugs.
Why am I no longer receiving the complimentary Club Room when I travel?
When we first launched our new fleet of trains, we wanted to showcase our Club Rooms to our most loyal guests. We offered all our Classic Flexipass holders a complimentary upgrade to our Club Rooms with all the trimmings. Now that we have introduced the Club Flexipass we are no longer able to offer the complimentary upgrade.
Can I upgrade to a Club Flexipass?
Absolutely! To do this, just purchase a Club Flexipass and then contact our Guest Service Centre who will cancel your Classic Flexipass and refund the remaining balance. The new Flexipass will be valid for 12months from the day you purchase it.
I have already booked to travel using my Classic Flexipass and I have been allocated a Club Room, am I still allowed to travel in it?
Of course you are! We are really looking forward to having you back on board. If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation and rebook, you will be allocated a Classic Room.
