The prize draw promoter is Caledonian Sleeper Limited a company incorporated and registered in Scotland with company number SC328825 whose registered office is Basement And Ground Floor Premises, 1-5 Union Street, Inverness, Scotland, IV1 1PP (“Caledonian Sleeper”)

2. The Prize Draw

2.1. The title of the prize draw is “The Big Christmas Competition".

2.2. Entry into the prize draw can be completed through its prize draw form at https://www.sleeper.scot/the-big-christmas-competition 

2.3. Prizes are:

1. Star Prize 1: Return Trip for Two to the West Highlands and Islands
•    A return journey from London to Glasgow onboard the iconic Caledonian Sleeper for 2 people in a Club ensuite room. This includes breakfast, guest lounge access where available and priority Club Car access onboard
•    Overnight stay for 2 people including breakfast with the first night at the Oban Bay Hotel in a Classic Double room and the second night in the Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa in a Deluxe Sea View courtesy of Crerar Hotel
•    Return ferry crossing to the Isle of Mull courtesy of CalMac Ferries

3. Historic Environment Scotland A family ticket (2 Adults and 3 children) to the Castle of Light - Fire and Ice light show at Edinburgh Castle. Please note tickets must be booked by noon on 22nd December 2025 and used by 4 January 2026 by contacting marketing@hes.scot 

4. ATG Entertainment:   1 x ATG+ annual membership. There will be one winner who will receive a 12-month ATG+ membership worth £60 via a unique booking code. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash prize or alternative available. Employees of ATG Entertainment or Caledonian Sleeper are not permitted to enter. ATG Entertainment are just the prize provider, competition promoter and fulfilment is via Caledonian Sleeper. 3. How to Enter

3.1. The prize draw will run from 12.01am GMT on 4 December 2025 to 11.59pm GMT on 16 December 2025 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.

3.2. All prize draw entries must be received by Caledonian Sleeper by no later than 11.59pm GMT on the Closing Date. All prize draw entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

3.3. To enter the prize draw fill out the form, providing your Full Name and email address, postcode and answer the multiple choice christmas question, at https://www.sleeper.scot/the-big-christmas-competition

  
3.4. There is no entry fee for entering the prize draw.

3.5. Caledonian Sleeper will not accept responsibility for prize draw entries not received.

3.6. By submitting a prize draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. For help with entries, please contact media@caledoniansleeper.scot  

3.7. The winner of the prize draw will be selected at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Caledonian Sleeper. The decision of Caledonian Sleeper regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

3.8.  All prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash or prize alternative available. 

4. Eligibility

4.1. The prize draw is open to everyone aged 18 years or over, except:

4.1.1. Employees of Caledonian Sleeper; 

4.1.2. Employees of agents or suppliers of Caledonian Sleeper, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or 
4.1.3. Members of the immediate families or households of (4.1.1) and (4.1.2) above. 

4.2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Caledonian Sleeper may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw. 

4.3. There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. 

4.4. Caledonian Sleeper reserves the right to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw. 

5. Winner

5.1. The decision of Caledonian Sleeper is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

5.2. Caledonian Sleeper will contact the winner personally by 5pm GMT on 17 December 2025 using the email address provided with the prize draw entry.

5.3. Caledonian Sleeper must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Caledonian Sleeper will make available the winner’s name if requested, by emailing media@caledoniansleeper.scot. If you object to your name being published or made available, please contact Caledonian Sleeper at media@caledoniansleeper.scot  In such circumstances, Caledonian Sleeper must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

5.4. The prize draw winner’s name will be available 28 days after the Closing Date by emailing media@caledoniansleeper.scot

6. Prizes

6.1. Caledonian Sleeper will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize by 19 December 2025, Caledonian Sleeper reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the entries that were received before the Closing Date.

6.2. 
•    The prizes which include the return journey onboard the Caledonian Sleeper must be booked no later than 1 September 2026 for travel on or before 30 November 2026. Blackout dates for travel include 19th December 2025 – 4th January 2026, 16th – 20th February 2026, 30th March – 19th April 2026, 26th June – 30th August 2026 and 12th – 29th October 2026

6.3. Caledonian Sleeper does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize.

Caledonian Sleeper reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Caledonian Sleeper’s control make it necessary to do so.

6.5. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable and there is no cash alternative available. 

6.6. Caledonian Sleeper does not accept any responsibility for inaccurate prize details being supplied by the Supplier or any other third party connected with the prize draw.

7. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure 

7.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, Caledonian Sleeper will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Caledonian Sleeper.

7.2. Caledonian Sleeper shall not be in breach of these terms and conditions nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake (or other natural disaster), epidemic or pandemic, fire, strike or any law or action taken by a government of public authority.

9. General

9.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Caledonian Sleeper may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

9.2. Caledonian Sleeper reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

9.3. The prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other social network. You are providing your information to Caledonian Sleeper and if selected, a partner organisation.

9.4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Scots law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
