New Meeting & Events Centre in Perth Railway Station brings flexible business and community space to the heart of Scotland |

Caledonian Sleeper has created a new Meeting & Events Centre at Perth railway station, offering a multipurpose hub that combines heritage with modern facilities in one of the city's landmark railway buildings. 

The new venue is located within Perth Station's historic buildings, supporting sustainable use of the existing infrastructure. It offers a range of flexible spaces designed to meet the needs of everything from board meetings and training sessions to presentations, workshops and co-working. Alongside business events, the centre has also been designed to support the local community, with its flexible spaces available to hire for clubs, classes, support groups and other regular activities.

The opening follows Caledonian Sleeper's launch of overnight services from Birmingham International station in January 2026, which will connect with Perth, and marks another step in the operator's growth. The Perth Meeting & Events Centre provides flexible rooms that can be hired by businesses, organisations and local community groups for everything from board meetings and training sessions to workshops, classes and regular activities.

Perth is served overnight by Caledonian Sleeper's Highlander service, connecting the city directly with London Euston, while daytime rail services across Scotland make the venue an ideal meeting point for organisations with colleagues and clients spread across the country.

The centre features four adaptable meeting spaces, which include:

• An auditorium for up to 80 people
• A dedicated training room
• Hot desks for individual working
• Comfortable breakout areas for group activities and a welcoming lounge
• Audiovisual technology, interactive displays, complimentary Wi-Fi in all spaces and on-site support to ensure events run smoothly from start to finish

Refreshments such as tea, coffee and water are available in all of the rooms, while larger scale event catering can be outsourced from local Perth suppliers with the support of the events centre team.
