La Mancha is a land of endless vistas, sun-baked and vast; the stomping ground of Don Quixote and a host of lesser-known characters in history, legend and fiction. It is also the home of a modern-day winemaking revolution, which this bright, fruitful, vibrant white blend ably shows. Chill down and enjoy!

A wonderful crisp and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc, Curico Valley, cooled by the Pacific Ocean creates a racy gooseberry and white peach juiciness.
Footsteps Malbec, Central Valley 18.7cl
A rich red wine with flavours of raspberries, cherries & blackcurrants with toasted oak and a touch of mocha. Easy to drink, soft medium bodied.
Jose Rose (187ml)
A delightfully whimsical rosé which is perfect for cracking open with good company and nibbles. This wine oozes Spanish sunshine from every sip, without being overly sweet. La Mancha is where the wonderful Garnacha grapes are grown and its where clever José has made his home.
Chateau Bordeaux (375ml)
Deep ruby in colour, the wine develops a beautiful complexity on the nose revealing aromas of black cherry and blackcurrant with a toasted background and accents of blond tobacco. Supple on the attack, full of charm, the mouth is carried by fine tannins which bring a nice harmony.

Soft, smooth, approachable merlot with rounded cherries and spiced plums.
Famille Perrin Cote du Rhone (375ml)
A perfectly balanced white full of orchard fruit flavours. A must try for the inquisitive. Rich enough to work wonders with aromatic Mediterranean dishes.
Louis Felipe Edwards Lot 66 Sauvignon Blanc, Rapel Valley 37.5cl
Hand harvested, gently pressed to retain the natural fruit aromas and flavour of citrus fruit, melon, pineapple and pear.
Billy Bosch Highwire Shiraz (750ml)
A potent Swartland Shiraz from venerable old vines, packed with swathes of dark fruit. A heady Shiraz with fresh, juicy black fruit – balanced by tannic structure. Fantastic with flavoursome fare.
Three Gables Reserve (750ml)
From the Western Cape comes a light, bright style that simply buzzes with zesty, fresh fruit. In the Cape, good Chenin is deployed at the braai with the starters as a prelude to the meat main event.
Sabio Sauvignon Blanc (750ml)
Crisp and zingy with mouth-watering citrus and peach fruit. This is a white to serve chilled.

We have selected some of the finest malts to help you sample the true essence of Scotland whilst it gently drifts by your window.
Malt Whisky Selection
Arran 10 year old 40% ABV 5cl
A clean, crisp whisky that evokes images of the westerly isle it hails from. Sea air wisps across the nose before the dram itself reveals a fruity, spicy flavour; with the short, clean finish rounding off the satisfying flavour profile.
Glengoyne 12 year old 43% ABV 5cl
Hand-selected sherry casks help create a paradise of flavours and golden colour, the perfect balance of oak and sweetness. Lemon zest, toffee apples – and a scent of coconut. It’s the taste of Scotland’s slowest distillation, and the insistence on barley dried by air – never peat. A Highland Distillery on Glasgow’s doorstep – distilled slower than any other malt.
Tomatin 12 year old 40% ABV 5cl
With a hint of Oloroso sherry, this Speyside malt is more floral on the nose with a delicate, peaty background. Big on pepper, figs and nuts on the palette, the balanced finish will deliver a gentle reminder of its short spell in a sherry cask.
Bunnahabhain 12 year old 46.3% ABV 5cl
First launched in 1979, this Islay malt has been around for almost 40 years, pronounced bu-na-ha-venn and meaning ‘mouth of the river’ in Gaelic. Double matured in ex bourbon and ex sherry casks, this whisky is beautifully rich and full-bodied, achieving the perfect balance of the characteristic nutty and sherry flavours of Bunnahabhain.
Isle of Jura 10 year old 40% ABV (5cl)
Honeyed barley and peaches in syrup, with light wafts of fragrant wood smoke. On the palate it is oily and subtly spiced at first, before notes of earthy vanilla pod and chocolate covered raisins develop finishing with another touch of smoke to round things off.
Glen Garioch 12 Year old 40% ABV 5cl
Honey-golden in colour, this Highland malt brings plenty of creamy flavour and texture, with strong hints of toffee apples on a crisp day. Dry and refreshing, it’s a great introduction to the region.
