1. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

2. The promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of Caledonian Sleeper, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

3. To enter the competition entrants must like the video from @lecorgi in collaboration with @caledoniansleeper, follow both accounts on Instagram and leave a comment. 

4. The prize includes: 1 x bandana, 1 x collar & lead, 1x tartan scarf & 1 poster.

5. The Prizes are not negotiable or transferable and there is no cash alternative available.

6. The competition will close Monday 1st September at 11:59pm winner will be chosen at random by @lecorgi

7. To redeem the prize the winner must contact media@caledoniansleeper.scot to redeem and arrange delivery of the prize by 5pm GMT 8th September 2025.

8. Caledonian Sleeper is obliged to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, if requested by email received into media@caledoniansleeper.scot, Caledonian Sleeper will make available the winner’s name. If you object to your name being published or made available, please contact Caledonian Sleeper at media@caledoniansleeper.scot. In such circumstances, Caledonian Sleeper must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority, upon request.

9.The prize draw winner’s name will be available 28 days after the Closing Date by emailing media@caledoniansleeper.scot

10. Insofar as is permitted by law, Caledonian Sleeper will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner(s) or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by a negligent act or omission of Caledonian Sleeper.

11. Caledonian Sleeper shall not be in breach of these terms and conditions nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake (or other natural disaster), epidemic or pandemic, fire, strike or any law or action taken by a government of public authority

12. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law.

13. Caledonian Sleepers shall Process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation, for the redemption of the prize for the purposes stipulated in the Privacy Policy. 

14. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Caledonian Sleeper may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

15. Caledonian Sleeper reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

16. The prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social network. You are providing your information to Caledonian Sleeper.
