Terms and Conditions of Caledonian Sleeper Caledonian MacBrayne Discount Code

1.1    The Discount Code shall be made available to CalMac customers on the strict conditions that:
1.1.1    the Discount Code may be used only for the purposes of making available discounted travel to CalMac customers;
1.1.2    CalMac customers agree to provide proof of purchase following booking if requested and understand that bookings may be subject to cancellation if proof of purchase is not presented
1.1.3    a CalMac customer may only use the Discount Code for travel prior between 1st November 2025 and the 31st March 2026 subject to availability
1.1.4    a CalMac customer may only make use of the Discount Code, by booking travel for himself/herself via the Website,  with return travel to be on or before 31st March 2026;
1.1.5    CalMac customers may not disseminate or make public any Discount Code, share the Discount Code to any third party or on any external media including social media channels;
1.1.6    the Discount Code may not be used by CalMac customers in conjunction with any other discount or saving, including, but not limited to:    
(a)     other discounts or offers promoted by other rail operators;
(b)    other sales or discounts promoted by CSL; or
(c)    any Caledonian Sleeper Family Tickets, national rail discount, or national railcard.
1.1.7    The Discount Code may only be used for bookings via the Website and is not valid for bookings made through our Guest Service Centre or other third-party retailers.
1.1.8    The Discount Code may only be used for travel between 1st November 2025 and 31st March 2026, subject to availability
1.1.9    CSL reserve the right to change or withdraw the Discount Code at any time 
1.1.10    Any tickets purchased by CalMac customers using the Discount Code:
(a)     shall be a separate contract between the CalMac customer and CSL; 
(b)    shall be subject to the Guest Terms; and 
(c)    to the extent it applies, to the CalMac customer’s booked travel, the CalMac’s customer may be entitled to apply to CSL’s Delay Repay Scheme, which is published on published on CSL’s website. 
1.1.11    In the event of the withdrawal of the Discount Code, CSL shall honour any booked travel made using the Discount Code, for tickets that have already been purchased prior to the withdrawal of the Discount Code. However, no further travel can be booked using the Discount Code after the withdrawal of the Discount code of validity period stated in 1.1.8.
Travel on the Caledonian Sleeper is subject to our Terms and Conditions of Travel
The National Rail conditions of travel apply to travel on all Caledonian Sleeper trains
The Caledonian Sleeper Privacy Policy applies to all bookings made on Caledonian Sleeper trains
