1.1         The Discount Code shall be made available to ATG+ Members via ATG Entertainment on the strict conditions that:

1.1.1      the Discount Code may be used only for the purposes of making available discounted travel to ATG+ members;

1.1.2      ATG+ members agree to provide proof of membership following booking if requested and understand that bookings may subject to cancellation if proof of membership not presented

1.1.4      an ATG+ member may only use the Discount Code for travel prior to 4th April 2025 subject to availability

1.1.4      an ATG+ member may only make use of the Discount Code, by booking travel for himself/herself via the Website,  prior to 4 April 2025;

1.1.5      ATG+ members may not disseminate or make public any Discount Code, share the Discount Code to any third party or on any external media including social media channels;

1.1.6      the Discount Code may not be used by the ATG+ member in conjunction with any other discount or saving, including, but not limited to:    

(a)          other discounts or offers promoted by other rail operators;

(b)          other sales or discounts promoted by CSL; or

(c)           any Caledonian Sleeper Family Tickets, national rail discount, or national railcard.

1.1.7      The Discount Code may only be used for bookings via the Website and is not valid for bookings made through our Guest Service Centre or other third-party retailers.

1.1.8      The Discount Code may only be used between the 1^st October 2024 and 4^th April 2025

1.1.9      CSL reserve the right to change or withdraw the Discount Code at any time

1.1.10    Any tickets purchased by ATG+ members using the Discount Code:

(a)          shall be a separate contract between the ATG+ member and CSL;

(b)          shall be subject to the Guest Terms; and

(c)           to the extent it applies, to the ATG+ member’s booked travel, the ATG+ member may be entitled to apply to CSL’s Delay Repay Scheme, which is published on published on CSL’s website.

1.1.11    In the event of the withdrawal of the Discount Code, CSL shall honour any booked travel made using the Discount Code, for tickets that have already been purchased prior to the withdrawal of the Discount Code. However, no further travel can be booked using the Discount Code after the withdrawal of the Discount code of validity period stated in 1.1.8.

The National Rail conditions of travel apply to travel on all Caledonian Sleeper trains

The Caledonian Sleeper Privacy Policy applies to all bookings made on Caledonian Sleeper trains
