Located in Perth station’s historic buildings, our highly accessible venue offers four flexible meeting spaces, a co-working zone, comfortable lounge areas, and washrooms with showers and baby changing facilities.
Our dedicated team will be on hand before, during and after your event to ensure a seamless, hassle-free experience for you and your guests. Teas, coffees and catering can be arranged to meet your needs.

Ahead of your event, our events team will agree a room layout, your equipment and catering requirements, and the event timeline so that everything is ready exactly as you planned.
All our bright, roomy spaces are equipped with flip charts and pens, and will be set up fresh water and glasses on arrival. Every booking includes access to our comfortable lounge, where refreshments can be arranged for specific times.
The spaces available
The Auditorium
Accommodating 60 as standard, the auditorium can be expanded to seat 80. It’s a flexible space as suited for large presentations as it as for assessments and group work. Equipped with a full AV suite, clip-on and hand-held mics.
Training room
Training room
Perfect for smaller sessions of up to 12 people, the training room can be optimised for round-tables or smaller groups, or set up theatre style. A large-format interactive display with video connection is included.
Hot desks
Hot desks
Our welcoming co-working space has four height-adjustable desks each with ergonomic seats, power supplies and a second LCD screen. There are also a handful of breakout areas with comfy chairs and a small meeting table for four. Tea and coffee is available in the lounge.

Train
Perth is served by Caledonian Sleeper direct from London Euston. Other operators provide non-stop services to Perth from Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness, and London Kings Cross.
Bus
A wide variety of local and inter-city buses stop near the venue, explore your options at Traveline Scotland.
Car
Use the drop-off and car park on the north side of the station, off Glasgow Road. Find the turn on Google Maps, Apple Maps or What3Words.

Payment can be made by card or BACS and must be received in full before your booking starts.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking let us know as soon as possible. A proportion of your fees will be retained depending on how much notice you give.
