We’ve upgraded your Caledonian Sleeper account

We have an all new “My Account” section on our website and this page shows some of the new features available to account holders with Caledonian Sleeper.

Account Overview

Our new account overview dashboard allows you to see when your next trip is, how many Flexipass carnets you have left, and what upcoming journeys you have booked with us.

Book your next trip

To book your next trip with us, simply hit the “BOOK NEW TRIP” button.

My journeys

The “My Journeys” section allows you to see your upcoming and past journeys – all on one page.

Upcoming journeys

The “Upcoming Journeys” section allows you to see your upcoming journeys, what time you are due to depart, when you can board, what type of accommodation you have booked and whether you are eligible for a refund

If you click on the “show more” tab it shows all details about your journey including what coach you are on. You can apply for a refund if you click on the refund button and you can download your eTicket directly by hitting the “download eTicket” button.

Past journeys

The “Past Journeys” section allows you to see your past journeys, how long the train was delayed and whether you are eligible for Delay Repay.

If you click on the “show more” button you will see the following screen:

This shows how you paid for your past bookings (Flexipass or card) and all the individual tickets that were made as part of your booking.

My Bookings

The “Bookings” section allows you to see your bookings, whether you paid by card or by Flexipass, the booking reference and where you travelled.

Flexipass

The “Flexipass” section shows you how many carnets are left on your Flexipass, the accommodation type of your Flexipass and when your Flexipass is valid until.

Flexipass History

The “Flexipass History” section shows you the purchase date of your Flexipass, what trips you have booked using it, how many carnets you have left and the expiry date of your Flexipasses.

Pre-Trip Emails

The “Pre-Trip Emails” section gives you the option of turning off pre-trip emails from Caledonian Sleeper. As a regular traveller, we decided to give you the option of whether you’d like to receive these or not.
