The new Online Flexipass Published: Monday, 31 October 2016 13:42

The new Caledonian Sleeper online Flexipass is now available, allowing guests to manage journeys 24/7 through their own online account.

The new Online Flexipass will give even more savings to regular travellers while offering an even more flexible service.*

A Flexipass carnet is a book of ten First Class single (one-way) tickets between London and any station directly served by our Caledonian Sleeper services.

The train tickets are valid for travel between any of our stations - so you could use some for a journey to (or from) Glasgow one month, Edinburgh the next, Inverness the next, and so on. It’s up to you.

You’ll need to use one ticket in each direction of travel, so the Flexipass gives up to five return trips for one person.

The flexibility doesn’t end there though - you can give your tickets to a friend, or travel as a group. So five people could use a Flexipass to travel from London to Fort William, and then travel back.

Previously, all Caledonian Sleeper Flexipass reservations and amendments were made by calling our Guest Service Centre. With the new Flexipass online option, guests are able to book, amend and cancel reservations, in addition to booking breakfasts, at any time through dedicated online accounts.

Lost or forgotten tickets will be a thing of the past. Our Online Flexipass guests can instead use our Self-Print ticket option, which can be printed before travel or shown to our On Board Hosts on a mobile device.

They’re valid for 12 months and can be purchased either on the first day of travel or up to a month before the start date - so you don’t have to use them all in a rush.

Our online Flexipass tickets are great value for money. At just £140.00 each, they are always cheaper than buying Flexible First Class Caledonian Sleeper tickets.

If you don’t want to use our new online option, you will of course still be able to buy our old-style Flexipass product but this is only available to purchase via our Guest Service Centre telesales service or from stations at a cost of £1,500. You will still need to call our Guest Service Centre for all reservations and amendments.
